went to see my midwife this morning and told her the baby hasnt been moving as much the last few days and she sent me up to the hospital to get it checked , everything was fine in the end but now im getting stomach aches and ive had like bad period pains for about 2 hours i dont know what to do now as ive tryed phoning my midwife and her phone just rang onto answer phone so i left her a msg ive tryed ringing the commmunity midwifes and there phone goes straight onto an answer machine too, anyone else had these kinda pains, i dont know what to do ???

I've had some really bad crampy pains like that too, but my OB can't be bothered to see me or call me back. I hope you start feeling better!

I had some bad pains that lasted 2 days...if you cant get to speak with a midwife then you colud go to the A&E just to put your mind at rest.

Ive had a lot of pains like that as well, pretty much every day for the last few weeks. They are very painful.

If you're in the UK you could try NHS direct, or just give your labour and delivery department a call?

in the end i rang another number that was on my pregnancy note book and they told me that everything sounds ok and to just take some paracetemal and rest xxxxx

I had horrible period like pains last night. Took 2 tylenols (acetaminophens), put a hot water bottle on my back and it helped a lot.
