Sorry if TMI but...I can't stop having it and wanting it. I went my entire pregnancy being repulsed by the idea of having sex but now it's all I want. The only problem is that I'm worried about it bringing on labour prematurely. I've noticed after sex I'm in excruciating pain in my pelvis, so much so that I'm unable to walk or sit without moaning in pain, and I'm worried about it bringing my LO before she's ready to arrive. We've tried several positions but the pain seems to be inevitable. Should I be worried about bringing labour on too soon?

I don't think that your bub will come before shes ready. Have you tried using lubrication during sex? That may help... may not too...

I'm not in pain at all during sex so I'm not sure lubrication is the problem.. its just a half hour to an hour after sex that the pain sets in.

I used to get sore after sex from not enough lubrication, but I also used to get sore at the end if we went for too long. Good luck with finding a solution!

I was the exact same. Sex was just out of the question... always. I didn't even want to think about it and it was terrible because DH was still in the mood. He didn't mind because he understood why I didn't want it, but I still felt terrible about it. I'm assuming it's a hormonal thing because normally I wouldn't feel bad about that sort of thing.

Maybe you'll get in the mood later on? I don't blame you if you don't though. I just picture myself doing it and I feel turned off--- bahahaha all this bigness is not sexy. I have to be caught up in the moment to actually want to go through with sex.

I'm definitely not one of those pregnant women who feel sexy with their new pregnant bodies... not in the slightest.

I feel VERY uncomfortable being naked in front of him.
And I don't think I will be in the mood until the baby comes out, since my DH informed me that he thinks sex is very creepy at this point, and he is convinced that he would somehow touch the baby hahaha...which is rather funny.

Very funny indeed. Isn't it just typical of men to overestimate the size and power of their penis to think that it could actually reach or hurt baby all the way up in the womb?? I was reading a book the other day (The Best Friend's guide to pregnancy) and it referrs to men thinking of their penises as massive battering rams that would someone harm the baby - had me rolling on the floor laughing my ass off!

Also, Aqua you should no way be worried about your body - you look fab! Although I can kind of understand when your husband makes remarks like yours did about your linea nigra ... I honestly think you have nothing to worry about; your bump is beautiful
