When your baby has the hiccups are you feeling baby's head or chest pulsating?

I don't know - I just get a repeated jerking in my tummy that lasts about 30 minutes.

For me it kinda depends on how he is lying in there at the time. Most the time its his head but if he has his back pushed outward then I can feel it there.

I think my LO has had these a few times now. I only really thought that because they're quite rhythmic and it doesn't feel like a kick. They#re quite quick though. I always feel sorry for him when he gets them!

I've got no idea where his head or back are so I dont know hun, sorry!

xxx

For some reason my baby seems to get hiccups after I have my main meal in the evening.. My doctor was puzzled when I told her lol

If I rest my hand on his back (which is always on my left side sticking out)

I can feel it 'pop' there, as cheryl says

When my LO has them they feel like a twitch - like you'd get in your eye only it's in your belly instead.

They're faster tha when I have hiccups though.
