paracetamol and a hot water bottle?
I think i read sometimes if you have a bad back its good to spend time on all fours,it also puts LO in the right position too.
Hope you feel better soon.

Try a hot pack on your lower back... they do wonders when m back aches. Make sure when your sitting that you lean forward to take pressure of your back. Feel better hun.

I agree with all fours and swaying, or kneel on the ground and lean over the couch seats and let your back arch downward, this helps me. A bath is always great too! Feel better

Try some panadol (or I'm not sure what you call it?) A hot shower, a hot bath, a water bottle, a massage. Staying off your legs, so lay on a side that doesn't hurt.
