I've been doing what a lot of the ladies suggested above. Whenever I'm in terrible back and pelvic pain I get on the floor with all fours planted firmly on the ground and just rotate my tush around in circles in the air. It seems to alleviate the pain a bit.

I hope you feel better soon. I honestly hope these pains don't continue on for the entire month we've got left to go... no wonder time begins to slow down.

I honestly don't know if I am gonna last for another month, which both scares me and makes me happy.

I'm with you there! I'm hoping that I don't make it another month.

Aw hun, I hope you feel better. Hopefully it doesn't last. 2 weeks ago, my dad was on his way from out of state to spend the weekend with me & DH. I woke up with awful period pains and backache, and I took some tylenol, and after lying in bed for a bit crying, fell asleep for a little bit. It seems like it has gotten better. I still get some period pains, and backaches, but its not as bad as it was then. I was literally talking to DH, and just sobbing. Take it easy, rest, and try and take a bath when your DH gets home.

I took a tylenol and went to bed with a hot water bottle and it really does feel better.

Thanks everyone.

In addition to swaying your hips, while you are on all fours, arch your back and flex it down. Does that make sense? Move your hips forward and back. It gets the baby out of your pelvis.

Good luck!! I hope it doesn't last the next 4 weeks for you!

Good to hear you found something to help you out. I am surprised by how painful being pregnant can be.
