Who exercises and how?!


I wanna know how the third trimester girls stay fit!!!! I walk about 3.5 miles a day (despite of agonizing PSD!)

I'm Currently Feeling: 


I try to walk a lot every day, but it is by no means exercise in its true sense.
You know, when you live in Canada and snow is constantly on your back, you can't even go out for a nice walk.

Very true!!! I went to Aurora, Ontario for work once in January and vowed never to do it again!!

My exercise consists of walking to the fridge and bathroom! I don't want to do anything once getting home from work but snuggle.

I walk at least 30 minutes. I do yoga 2-4 times a week. I am also trying to swim.

Not much i cant do , i used to walk around town everyday but now have cut that down to 2-3 days a week, hurts to do anything expeacially running after my daughter !!

So mostly on sofa hehe

Hahaha... exercise?? Yea, right! That would be me having to go upstairs from downstairs or taking a walk in the grocery store while buying my chocolate ice cream lol!
