So tired...

I had what I thought was a great night sleep last night, woke up at 7:00 am as normal, but by 10:00 this morning I needed to lie down on the couch and ended up falling asleep for an hour and a half, and then at 2:00 I had to lie down for another nap - is this normal? I'm not on mat leave for at least another 4 weeks (working from home today and tomorrow due to a winter storm) and I worry that I will have problems staying awake at work.

Hi hun sorry your so tired, I have days when I'm like that. I find it easier when I'm at work because Im focused on other things, but collapse as soon as I get home. Just see how you go, mention it to your midwife tho as tiredness can be linked to anemia.

I think it is...I've been feeling really tired all the time its horrible, but I have been told my iron levels have dropped so mayb have that checked...
