The past couple of days, my LO's movements have decreased dramatically. I was still feeling her, but not much at all. I wanted to wait it out since I was feeling her somewhat, until my appointment tomorrow. But this morning I woke up, and didn't feel her ALL morning. At around noon I called my doctor. She said that I needed to go to L&D right away. So I called DH and my mom, and we took off to the hospital. We had to wait a little for them to start monitoring, but once they did, there her heartbeat was, loud and strong. I almost cried I was so relieved. They were monitoring my contractions as well, which were there, but not coming regularly. After a little bit, I still wasn't feeling baby, so the nurse pushed SO HARD into my side to push her. (I think the way that they turn a breech baby) It was so painful, but it gave LO a little jumpstart to move again, and I got a couple movements. After a while of monitoring, they let me go home. They said I need to eat more often, (I admitted to the nurse that I hadn't eaten anything today, since I wasn't hungry), and I got a lecture from her, DH, and my mom! But all in all, LO was fine. She was resting away. It was weird, with every contraction I had, her heartbeat would jump up. Is that normal? I felt like such a worrier going in, but my doctor said I needed to. Anyway, I have an appointment tomorrow, and I'm going to talk to my doctor about induction, and see how that goes. I'll also probably get an internal this time, to see if anything is happening down there. Just wanted to let you girls know. LOL on the way to the hospital, (I was thinking this could possibly be it), I was thinking, I should have told the girls on the forum!!)

Anyway, now I'm just relaxing, had a sandwich, and gonna rest. It was scary and stressful! Glad to be back at home, (Although, kinda wish I was holding my LO right now!!!)

What a day! I'm so glad to hear that your LO is doing well. I hope you feel much better

I think like that often too when something goes wrong... I always think about telling all the ladies on the forum. We've got a nice little community here ]

Aw hun I'm glad everything is ok!! They always yell at me when I go in for a non stress test if I haven't ate because it takes forever for baby to move. Normally apple juice will help get LO moving. Hope everything goes well at your doctor appointment tomorrow.

Thanks girls! I am so thankful for this forum, we really do have a great little community here! I'll let you girls know before I head to the hospital next time. (That time better be the real deal!!) And now I know that I have to make myself eat something in the mornings even if I'm not hungry. I CANT wait until I'm holding my baby girl, I'm sure a bunch of you girls are feeling the exact same way right now!
