Lightheaded

Yesterday I went to the bathroom, when I got up I felt lightheaded and I saw some stars... I just thought I got up too quickly + that was before lunch, I was a bit hungry, so no big deal. But today I've felt like this twice while sitting down just typing on my laptop (+on a full stomach)... The second time it happened I thought I was gonna faint...

Anyone else experiencing that?

I had felt like this in second tri several times due to hypoglycemia but I don't know why you would feel like that on a full stomach.

My guess is that it has to do with increased blood flow.

Feel better Jess.

I get lightheaded out of nowhere sometimes... it can be pretty scary. Hope you start feeling better.. maybe ask your doctor at your next visit about what can cause it just for some reassurance.

I've had that a few times too. Once I think it was because I hadn't eaten yet, another because I got up too fast but the rest I really don't know. I asked my doctor and he said it was common and to just make sure I eat often enough and move slower.

Hope you feel better

I get it once in a while too. Its irritating, but I dont think its a big deal. I would mention it to your doctor when you in tho. Blurred vision can be a sign of pre-eclampsia, although there are a lot of other symptoms. Probably still worth mentioning tho.

I had this after birth and actually collapsed in the shower.

I would give MW a lil call tomorrow & get your iron levels checked out x

I have this every now and then, but I've struggled with bad anaemia so I put it down to that... perhaps best to mention it to your midwife just to get it checked out and make sure it's not anything serious.

In all probability you'll find your blood pressure or your iron levels are a little low. Hope you feel better soon
