SPD?

I've been having such bad pelvic/back/hips pain, can barely roll over in bed and lying on my back is just impossible. It feels like something is stuck in my lower spine. I can't stand on 1 feet without having nasty pains and sometimes when I walk my lower back cracks and it feels like every bones (hips/pelvis/back) is gonna fall apart.

I mentioned it to my doctor at the last visit but she didn't seemed concerned at all and just said it's regular pain...

Could that be SPD?

PS: NOTHING helps... Tylenols are useless, bath makes it better while i'm in the bath (can't be in there 24h/7) massaging is a bit painful.

It definetly does sound like SPD. I've hd it with all my pg's, and am already suffering now. Demand that you be refered to a physio.

I spoke with my doctor about my SPD but all she really mentioned for pain relief was Tylenol. I haven't tried it yet though and it hasn't worked for you, so I would recommend seeing a physiotherapist.

It does sound like it. Definitely try to get an appointment with a physiotherapist. I've got an appointment on Tuesday for the same thing. Don't let it get any worse as I've heard it can cause problems post pregnancy. Good luck

One of my work colleagues was telling me about some severe back pain she had in the last few weeks of her pregnancy, and it was due to the fact that her baby's spine was pressing against hers. Might be something like that?

Have a word with your doc anyway, I hope it gets better for you soon
