Weird that just her measuring would make your belly hurt, she must be real tough! Sorry your appt was such a disaster, at least you and baby are doing well

Sorry to hear that she rushed u so much, and hurt ur belly when she measured u! And she shouldn't get mad if u dont want the students in there, its not like u need an audience. At ur next appt, maybe try asking ur Q's in the beginning of the appt. Drs can be so insensitive. I hope it gets better for you!

I mean, having someone there while she does the strep B test and demonstrates to the person, is definitely NOT something I wanted to experience.

LOL DEFINITELY not something I would have wanted to experience either! That is very personal, and not for a bunch of people to see! I wouldn't even let DH in the room LOL.

My doctor is like that too Except at the end he asks "Do you have a questions?" and if I actually do, he gives me short answers and acts annoyed that I'm even asking them in the first place

That's weird that it hurts for her to measure you! She must be really rough. I'm pretty lucky, my doctor is very good at answering all our questions. Glad everything is fine otherwise!

I went for my first ANC appt 2 days ago, I got an excellent midwife. She answered all my questions (not that there were many as my mum is a MW) but she also asked if I wanted her to try hear the h/b (they normally don't as sometimes they can't get it and it scares the mum). My bub was excellent, got it as soon as she put the doppler on.
I'm sorry you have had a bad experience, I know at our ANC it's just luck of the draw which doctor you get. Is it the same for you?

Sorry you felt rushed, it's not very reassuring.

At least you only have a couple of appointments left
