So I know Im supposed to be taking it easy but its killing me sitting in a messy house! I havent done any housework this last week because of docs orders but now I cant handle it, I want to clean everything!! I made up a list today of things to do around the house and Im only going to allow myself to do a few of them a day. Is anyone elses house driving them insane?? Even the clean rooms seem to bother me. Weird

The other day at work I was going on about how there was spots on the faucet that needed to be cleaned, tissue paper that needed to be taken out, and the baby clothes needed to be washed. Everyone tells me that I must be nesting lol... but seriously it's driving me crazy.

I think Im just paranoid that he will get here before its all clean and then I wont be able to do it for a little while and I cant have a baby in a messy disorganized house.

No room is ever clean enough when you're pregnant!

I have a memory of being heavily pregnant and Mr Sheen'ing everywhere (boyfriends room - now our room but I didn't live here at the time) is mainly wooden furniture, so I was having a great time. I would buy cleaning products loads, sit and sniff them and almost drunk the wash conditioner once. It's that crazy maternal instinct... take it easy though!

I know I was just mentioning to my fiance that if he came today nothing would be done I have a bunch of baby shower gifts to still sort through!

I would totally renovate my house right now if I could. The only thing I am getting to do is replace the flooring in the living/dining room and down the hall. We have this horribly cheap laminate the builder put in. I hate it. So we are going to replace it with the much nicer laminate I had in my shop, that I took with me when I closed. My dad, his carpenter friend and my DH will be doing this at the end of the month, and I can not wait!

I really want to re-do our bathroom as well. The tile is just so freaking ugly, and we have this huge 2 person shower that sucks. I want to install a bathtub, and have all the tile replaced. I seriously doubt it will happen anytime soon.

And don't get me started on the outside.

I'm a neat freak ! OH laugh at me because I disinfect the door/cupboards/drawers handles 1-2 times a week!!! This is the worse place for germs and bacteria, it needs to be clean!!!

I have been doing this for a few weeks now.

One day, DH was gone, and I was gonna just pick up the stuff around the house. It turned into hours of cleaning and scrubbing. He came home to me cleaning under the sink in the bathroom. The whole house was sparkling and smelled like pine sol. It smelled SO good. Hmm... maybe I'll go clean just to have the house smell like that!

O and another time, DH had to work til like 1am. He came home, and I was climbing on our dining room chair (We have a high top table, and they are tall), and I was completely reorganizing our kitchen. At 1am LOL. I've done stuff like this loads of time now! But at least the house is always clean.

That sentence sums up exactly how I feel...I think ive cleaned enough, then I look around and the urge to clean is back, as if Ive done nothing! It just is never clean enough! Its so frustrating! Cant wait to finish work so I can clean all day!
