Should I be worried?

So over here we mostly se our OB's every appointment. Mine is very nice and so is the nurse I see every time. When the nurse took my blood pressure this week she didn't look too happy. She fiddled with the pump to make sure it was working, switched cuffs and took it again, but she still looked concerned. She then asked if my blood pressure was consistent all the way through with my DD (it was), if I'd had coffee that morning (I hadn't), etc. But she never said it was high or that it was a concern but it obviously was by the look on her face. Doctor comes in asks if everything is normal, all the usual questions, but doesn't say anything about my blood pressure either. Then the nurse calls her to the door and whispers something to her, I hear "traces" so I assume there is something in my urine (they don't test the urine in the room). Neither of these things would worry me BUT, last week I saw the office's MW instead of the doctor (you can see either), and she was lovely, did the urine test in the room and there was protein and glucose in my urine, she wasn't concerned though since it was the first time that's happened throughout this whole pregnancy, but she did say it could be an indication of pre-eclampsia.

Anyways, the point is, the doctor and nurse seem to be secretive about what's going on, I think they suspect pre-eclampsia maybe. Do you think they aren't mentioning it because I just have 2 weeks left till my c-section anyways? I'm a bit worried because I'd been more tired then ever the past few days, and I have been sick (just a soar throat and cough though) but that's been for over a week and it's just the past few days I've been this tired. All I can think about is crawling into bed and when my DD is napping I nap too but when she wakes up I'm sooo tired I can't even get out of bed right away, like I can't get my body to move. I saw my mom today and she said I don't look too good either, and that I looked pale. Maybe it's not a big deal though since they didn't say anything?
Should I call up and mention how tired I am?

Sorry that was so long x

I'd be a bit peeved actually if there was a hint something was wrong and the doctor was being shifty about telling me. You should probably call and mention your concerns about your appointment and as you said, tell them you haven't been feeling well. I hope it does all turn out to be nothing!

sometimes my blood pressure measures high and they have to redo it... they call it white-coat syndrome, i think it means something like, you're nervous the first time they do it but it normally goes down when they try it again after you get a little more comfortable... idk if that helps you or not i'd be mad if they didn't tell me what they were talking about, especially if they were doing it right in front of me! no sense in putting stress on a pregnant woman

Yeah it was after the 2nd time she took it that she asked me if I'd drank coffee, etc. so the 2nd reading must have been high too. And they were whispering after I'd already had the chance to ask questions, plus my DD was was distracting me and I guess they always could have been speaking about another patient but I don't think so. The doctor left really quickly as soon as she was done with the "routine" so I didn't get a chance to ask about it after everything either.
I have my next appointment Tuesday (have weekly ones now) with the MW again so I'll ask her about it if my blood presser is off again, she was really open and upfront last time I saw her instead of my Doctor.

oh then i would definitely ask. i don't think they'd have been talking about another patient in front of you because that's kind of a confidentiality breech, if you happened to know who was in the next room or something.
