I've got 3 weeks to go

Brought mine forward a couple of weeks. I want to be finished now, I'm starting to not manage my work.

My last day at work is 21/03 when I will be 36+7. Counting down the days now - I have countdown timer on my PC at work and it currently says 9 days, 3 hours and 30 mins until I am officially on maternity leave (including weekends)

So I'm starting pretty early then, I feel dead lazy now.

I'm only using up 2 weeks of maty leave as well, the rest is my years holiday entitlement.

Yeah I wish I could start in a couple of weeks as well because nothing in our house is ready, but they haven't got a replacement for me yet, and they need at least 4 wks of training

I am taking 9 months mat leave and then going back to work for 2.5 days a week for 12 weeks to use up my holidays. By then it will be the end of March and I will still have 6 weeks to use up by end of September! I am still undecided whether I will be returning full time or 3-4 day weeks. I'll worry about that next year once I have to go back!

That sucks, what if you were to say tuff, this is when my leave starts. What would they do then about training someone else?
