Don't worry yourself hun.

I have gallstones and they have made me be badly sick throughout my entire pregnancy. The last time it was really bad (about 2 weeks ago) my belly was soooo sore after, LO was kicking away but my bump felt heavy and sore.

I went to see my GP and she said I'd prob pulled a lot of my stomach muscles. She said take paracetemol and the pain will go away (which it did 2 days later),

So even if you have pulled a muscle it won't hurt buba.
