just a few updates and maybe compare and contrast for the other ladies due january.

i have noticed a few funny twinges already!
i had four at work on friday... felt like stitch but gradually got stronger then went away, thinking it may have been braxton hicks slightly?
my bump is so tight anyway so i couldn't tell. Also had them on saturday too.
how exciting i must be the only one NOT stressing about labour pains! haha.

also feeling very heavy now when i get up from sitting AND the most annoying thing is needing a wee as soon as i stand! silly pressure.

i've got really low backache too, especially when it comes to the evenings, i keep calling it pelvic backache, because its right where my pelvis starts.

i'm feeling this baby will come about a week early
so i'm preparing myself.

OH MY GOD IM SO EXCITED FOR CHRISTMAS TOOOOOOOOOOOOOO
yayyyyyyyyyyyyyyy
Christmas decorations up this weekend coming

oh i also got a bargain rug from B&Q, 140cm x 240cm (ish) Zebra Print!! woo 20 pounds!

feel free to update your latest aches and pains
complaints or happy lists
compare and contrast ladies
xxxx

i've also got really bad back/pelvic pain and really bad sciatica down my right side. i wish it would go away as paracetamol isn't touching it.
i'm currently sitting here with a hot wheat bag on my back.

I feel like every movement my lo makes now is painful, like she's already ran out of room! I don't get half as much movement as say 2 weeks ago. Been getting crampy pains on and off for a few days. Back is in agony all the time! I feel immense pressure on my hooha all the time. I have the worst heartburn ever and numb tingling legs. Apart from that I am a picture of health!!!! x

I am feeling generally good, although still not getting anywhere near enough sleep & blood results showed I'm anemic so have just started iron tablets, hopefully they'll help with the extreme tiredness! still, being hardcore & out xmas shopping a couple of times, also it was my sisters wedding on saturday so i had a right good boogy sure baby was dancing too lol! after my 4D scan last week, i have a new edd- 9th jan! a week earlier than my current edd, but then i'm so confused now as its changed 3 times already! hehe!

i get wee twinges too, like period cramps, bit sore but they don't last long. Other than that I'm getting really excited about the labour & birth now.. Oh and yes xmas too!

well done on your bargain rug btw!

I am not sleeping well. I fall asleep quite easily, but then wake up about 2.30am and toss and turn for 2 hours. Then I wake up again at 6, and comtemplate getting up - but if I stay in bed then I'm really sleepy again by 7.30-8am.

My baby wriggles around constantly like the poor little thing just doesn't have enough room and can't get comfortable either.

At my last hospital appointment s/he was 3/5 palpable after having been high and 'free' previously, and it made sense as I had felt some low pressure and pain. But now that has gone, so I think s/he may have disengaged again!

I keep getting low backache like period/diarrhoea pains - but not bad or regular enough to make me think anything's happening!

I just want to finish work now! My last day is 11th December. I've got tons to do both at work and at home - but can't seem to make a decision or actually get my backside in gear and get on with it!

I have various things for my hospital bag, but haven't packed this yet - and I keep having panics about it and not being ready and what if I went into labour now or tomorrow! I'm feeling slightly overwhelmed. It doesn't help that my DH works away during the week and I have not yet moved back into my house as there is still work going on there - although hopefully will be in by the end of the week.

So that's me... sounds very much like a moany rant doesn't it?! Sorry!
But in spite of all that, I am very excited and can't believe that my LO will be here soon! xx

Haha yea hopefully not jinxed myself! but i'm sure she just doesn't have enough room already so she may want to get herself out a bit early and mummy says thats okay by me hehe. Obviously after 37 weeks!

aww glad you're feeling better now
im also waiting for those stretchiessss, my sides are so tight is weird! my skin is going shiny now! argh, waiting for some massive purple line one day!

what's going to get me through labour is thinking, well, i have to do it now, this baby has to come out if i like it or now xxx

I'm also not sleeping very well. 4am is definitely a typical wake up time for me. A few night ago this happened and I couldn't get back to sleep so I got up and made porridge and had some lemon and ginger tea as I've had a cold. It really helped settle me. Having said that, last night I slept through the whole night without even needing a trip to the loo-I couldn't believe it!

I had another physio session for my SPD on Tuesday and have now been given crutches. I'm trying not to let it get me down though. I haven't got the hang of them yet though.

Have been a bit concerned as I think bubz may have turned breech It's been head down for weeks, but since my physio session last Tuesday I have been feeling the hiccups much higher up and the kicks lower down. Got my next appointment with the midwife on Wednesday, so will see what she says.

I was rediculously excited to discover on Sunday morning that my boobs had leaked for the first time during the night. I'm feeling quite relieved as at least I know they are working!

Got 3 weeks left at work and can't wait to finish.

Oooh, and one of our best friends had a baby girl yesterday!

Well, think that's all for now!

xxx
