This is really becoming unbearable.
I don't know what else to do besides the obvious (massage, baths, tylenol).
I really hope it is a sign the baby will come in the next few weeks.
Im only at the begining of my pregnancy but weak back runs in our family and my mum suffered real bad with my brother not sure how effective this could be for u but when she was sat down on the sofa she would have a hot water bottle perched behind her which seemed to ease her for a little while ... otherwise i wish u luck and if u find a cure... i'll be asking u when im at your stage hehe xx

I'm in the same boat as you Aqua... My doctor said to go swimming so it takes the pressure of the weight gain off my spine + some stretching exercises will help, haven't tried it yet but I'm really considering.
Hope you feel better

Maybe go at a time when there's not many people there?
The bottom of my back hurts sometimes now but it's mostly my pelvis.
As I hear, it only gets worse though!
Hope you find a way to relieve it, or atleast ease it abit

I have a slightly curved spine so my back has always been a little painful but OMG it's got terrible now!! Sometimes I just want to cry because no matter how I sit or lay I can't get comfortable and it's REALLY painful.
I was offered stronger painkillers by the doctor but turned them down because I don't want to be worrying about what it's doing to my baby. I find a hot shower often helps for a while anyway.
I cried yesterday because of all the pain. Just broke down because it was so bad.
And I also have arthritis in my left arm (elbow) and it seems to have flared up as well, so just another lovely thing to add to my pain resume.
