Thanks! It's tolerable, like a bruise, but I hope its a good excuse to get the insurance to cover another scan, lol.

I can't believe how close we are! Am I crazy for wanting her to stay until at least her due date? I'm going to miss her wiggling around in there!

I had my appointment today. The non stress test (NST) was perfect. It was fun to listen to her for 20-30 minutes. She slept most of the time but had a couple of good hiccups which were adorable. Urine and BP are good. I had the GBS test and will find out next week. She also did an exam and I'm not dilated at all, cervix is long and a little soft, maybe close to 25%. I'm glad. I want her to stay until her due date at least.

I go back every week from now on and get to have the NST each time.

I got to ask all of my questions about the delivery in the hospital and we had our tour last night. I think its going to be okay even if its in a hospital. A lot of my fears are gone now.

She also said that even though I have GD, she will not consider induction until 42 weeks- unless something goes wrong. I think she said they would do a scan after my due date to check fluids, etc. to make sure there are no problems.

I'm feeling very pleased

I dont think thats crazy, Im going to miss my little man wriggling so much when he comes out. Its really nice just feeling not alone when Im on my own. If that makes sense. I can just sit and talk to him all day and he'll wriggle happily and its really nice Im going to miss him!

Im sorry you're so uncomfortable hun, but as you say - insurance can cover another scan! yay! And your appointment sounded like it went really well

Oh, I forgot about that part! She said the follicular cyst had gone by my 20th week scan so this is apparently round ligament pain! I'm not so sure but since it's not terrible, I imagine its ok. So no scan Oh well. I know she's healthy and happy.

I'm glad to hear your appointment went well yesterday but it's a shame you didn't get another scan. I know what you mean about missing the bond you share with LO I said the exact same thing yesterday myself. Hope everyone is keeping well xXx
