Sickie rant

I am so sick of being sick! I caught the flu about 2 weeks ago, and just as I start to feel better, the SAME symptoms start all over again. It's like deja vu! Sore throat, stuffed nose, heavy chest, the works.
I've litterally tried everything from garlic to extra vitamins to tea with honey.
I know when bubs comes and I am a full time mummy, I will just have to suck it up and carry on but I can't help but feel like crying! Pregnancy is a joy in itself, I don't need the added bonus of the flu that seems to be determined to make my life hell!
Any of you other lovely ladies going through the same cr@ppyness?

I have the same fluey bug, my 5yr old brought it home from school last week and typically Im now coming down with it and under strict instructions that if it gets to the point where my inhalers arent working properly I need to go into hospital...yuk!! Im hoping my inhalers can stay ontop of any chest issues but I cant take any cold/flu remedies at all because of all the meds Im on....bah!!
Think I may go for a honey tea though....probably wont do anything but sounds nice!

I know, it seems like all I do is moan now. I never used to be this bad.

Actually, when I had this flu the first time round, all I did was drink cups of tea with a big spoonful of honey in it. It really did help ease some of the pain and aches. Maybe not any ACTUAL medical benefits... but if it works, go with it. And it tastes nice!
