every day is worth it but theres no reason why you would have to stop after the 2 weeks...afterall your milk wont magically dry up over night so just reduce the amount that you BF/express.

I've been wondering the same thing as I'm going back to work after 4 weeks. I'm only going back 2 days a week initially but I cant take LO with me, she'll be with family one day & in nursery the other. I've bought a good breast pump & am going to try mixing breastfeeding & expressing. I am hoping I will be able to do it but if not, will have to supplement with formula.

I would also suggest the sling and giving pumping a go. I was (and still am a little) weirded out when I pump but it's worth it for my LO.

Any breastmilk you are able to give your LO is a good thing so I would really encourage you to bf as long as you can, as much as you can.
