I'm Currently Feeling: | Insomnia blah....this night has been the worst ever.
Only slept from midnight-4, and I haven't been able to fall asleep ever since.
Any tips on how to knock myself out for 8 hrs straight?? |

I'm Currently Feeling: | Drink mint (not sure if it is safe in pregnancy) but if it is, then know that it relaxes the body + take a warm bath |

I'm Currently Feeling: | not sure if this will work for you, but I find that changing my sleeping arrangements every once in a while keeps me sleeping a bit better. If I have a hard time staying asleep on my bed, I'll usually try the couch for a few days and get great sleep until I begin having a hard time on the couch... then back to the bed! |

I'm Currently Feeling: | Unisom.
Safe for me, safe for baby. Talk to your doc first though as it's basically the active ingredient in the Canadian morning sickness drug Diclectin (the other bit being B6 vitamins) so if you're taking that, I wouldn't want you to double up.
Doxylamine succinate is the drugs actual name. |

I'm Currently Feeling: | Thanks Marge, I am already on Diclectin. I did not take it last night, but had to take it this morning around 6 am and managed to squeeze out an extra 1.5 hrs of sleep. |

I'm Currently Feeling: | I haven't been sleeping for ages either, but last night I propped myself up and like 4 pillows and I didn't wake up once. It might have been a coincidence, but might be worth a try!

I'm Currently Feeling: | Yah, I thought I remembered you saying something about taking meds for morning (all day every day) sickness.
Try to sleep when you can.
I've noticed that I wake up every morning about 5, but if I lay there for an hour or so, I drift back off to sleep. Then the alarm rings an hour later and I feel like I could have slept for a couple more hours! Good luck to you! |
