How long after baby dropped did u give birth??

Hi everyone,

For the whole of today I've felt like my baby is about to fall out! I know from my last doc appointment that she had almost dropped so i'm pretty sure what I'm feeling is bub dropping into my pelvis (am I right??)...

I know it will be different if its not your first... so at your first pregnancy, how long after you felt like bubs was going to fall out did you go into labour??
