Aw, I feel the same hun. It's hard looking after a toddler and being PG. When I was PG with my DD I slept in as late as I wanted and took a nap when I wanted. Now I get a nap only when my DD is napping and no more sleeping in. And now it takes me forever to fall asleep and I'm waking up at least twice a night to pee and re-position myself. The other day I almost fell asleep driving in the car! And I know 1 cup of coffee is ok, but it's not enough to make a difference for me. I feel so lazy as well, and guilty since I can't play with my DD as much because I can barely even get up off the floor.

I know you'll have thought of this but have they checked your iron levels recently? Anaemia can make you tired. Xx

i feel tired too, but thats just because Roxie thinks her day should start at 4am!! She stands at my door shouting "go downstairs" until i get up.

I take sanatogen mum to be tablets which have iron in them just incase my levels are a bit low, So far my iron levels have been really good. Definately worth getting them to check yours, especially if they were slightly low last time. x

If you didn't want to wait for MW could always take Spartone, they're sachets - you can buy a box from Boots - anyone can take them - I take them cos I can't handle iron tablets and it's better than nothing - just mix a sachet a day with some orange juice. I am anaemic but it's kept my levels steady - if I upped the amount of sachets it would bring them up but my body just doesn't seem to tolerate too much iron though.

They're tasteless too...

It does sound like you may be anaemic?? Ask your midwife or doc to prescribe you some iron tabs/sachets, they may want to do a blood tet first. It is tiring looking after a toddler too though, could you not try to get a nap in when or if he has one?? Easier said than done i know .
