so tired.
been up since 4am

no idea why i couldnt sleep!
anyone else going through tough sleepy times? xx

'tired' is my middle name !!
I seem to only get 3/4 hrs sleep - either interupted by going for a pee, pains in legs, or bad labour dreams.....

Yeah i think it is normal 2 go through these phases and trust me it will get worse towards the end! I have 4 wk left and sleeping is awful. I think the problem i had was that there is so much going through your head that u don't realise and this makes u a bit unsettled!

I had about an hour last night. I had terrible BH and spent the night tossing and turning. It was a nightmare getting up for work this morning. But tomorrow is my last day at work so at least I can spend the rest of the pregnancy in bed

good job i've only got 1 week left at work...
and luckily i have the day off today so i can nap!

obviously it'll be different when little one is here, but it just seems pointless now x

me!! its only been this week tho its awful!! ive no idea why its happening either - im hopin to get a nap when i get home at 3pm and maybe ill stay up later tonight and finally have a good nights sleep!

I've hit this stage as well, wide awake until about 3am this morning, finally got some sleep from then until about 7, and then from 7.30 till about 10am.
