......before and can tell me what it felt like? I've been having a dull ache in my lower back all last night but this morning it got racked up a notch. At first I thought it had to do with the fact that I was lying on my back and maybethe pressure was cause by that, but when it passed; it lasted about 10 seconds; I went to the loo and then had a lovely hot shower. I have no discharges nor bleeding. I came out of the shower and started to get dressed for work and BAMMMM it started again, half hr after the first one. It was excruciating and felt like my spine was seperating low down. The pain radiated through to the middle of my back and made my knees wobble and then buckle. I dropped to sit on the bed and screamed until it stopped. NEVER in my life have I felt such pain. LO started to stiffen as well. It lasted for about 10 seconds again. I haven't had anymore intense ones like that but they're kind of dull right now but feels as though it's building up again. I am having un-patterned BH contractions as well.
Any thoughts?????

I had back labour with Ozzie. It felt like he was going to come out of the bottom of my spine. I tried applying pressure when I had a contraction but it didn't help, it was more painful than when I've had normal labours. I hope it's not back labour hun

I had back labour with my oldest daughter. Only way I can describe it was a deep pressure radiating from the centre of my spine to around my hips.

From what you said you are having practice back contractions.

I had a back labour and I bellowed like a buffalo the whole time. So painful,it stopped me having my home birth.

i had it with my first and all ur pain is in ur back and i mean all of it, takes longer aswell xxx
