| Yes, it has millions of cribs being recalled as the sides can come apart and suffocate the infant... been 4 cases of this and over 100 reports of the sides letting go causing a dangerous gap between the mattress and the crib side. I am now finding some info on it. Says the cribs date back to 1993-2009 | | | | Status: Offline

| If you have one it says to contact stork craft for a repair kit (free) to fix the adjustable rail to a solid rail to prevent this scary thing from happening. | | | | Status: Offline

| I guess they are now recommending to not use any cribs with the drop down front rail at all... say it is much safer to have the cribs with the solid sides and only the mattress is adjustable. Looks like that is the kind I am going to buy once Kayleigh is in her own room. That is so scary! From 1993 until October 2009 Stork Craft cribs with drop down front rail is recalled! That is a lot of cribs! | | | | Status: Offline

| I have one of these cribs and I'm pretty annoyed...we are having our baby on Sunday! Also, there website is jacked up, can't even get onto it, so I can't even get any information on how to get a refund on it. I'm not interested in a fix-it kit. Apparently part of the problem is also some potentially weak hardware. The fix-it kit simply keeps the drop rail in place as if it were a solid rail. All I know is that this company better be offering refunds, and it better not be a huge pain in the ass to get it. | | | | Status: Offline
