Question

Cramp

Hi Everyone

has anybody got any advice about cramp? Julie is now up 3 to 4 times every night with cramp in her lower legs. i've heard that muscle rubs like ralgex and things like that cant be used in pregnancy, is that correct? also, she's been sleeping with her feet on a pillow to try and reduce the puffy feet and ankles, do you think this could be causing the cramp?
Any help greatly appreciated.

Not sure if the swelling is causing the leg cramps but its pretty common to get them during pregnancy. Here's some good tips on how to alleviate it. Hope it helps.
