Hmmm I suppose you can't really say for certain on anything is the one thing I've learnt from BNB!!

I had really bad cramps last week for 3 or 4 nights in a row but they stopped on Friday night. It was really frustrating... :/

Mine come mainly at night too, but I know it is because this is the main time of the day I actually sit and relax. Thus making them more noticeable! I have woken in the night a couple of times recently but I dont think for a sec it has any baring on when you'll go into labour! or if it is on time or not

jup ive been having them for almost 2 weeks.. good part is though that i found out that it did help me dilate and efface... so in the end it does have a purpose..

take some paracetamol when the period pain sets on and try to get as much rest as possible

i was having these too, i totally believed they were early labour pains but i only had them at night for a few weeks before he was born. at 38 weeks i was examined by the MW for a sweep and i was 3 cm dilated, effaced and softened cervix so i do believe they were readying my body for labour.

you do notice them more as you are relaxed when sleeping but i just took paracetamol if they got too bad.

I did also go into labour at night about the same time as the pains would normally start but this could just be coincidence.
