That is definatly hiccups! I thought is was a pulse too at first but then I realized that it was way too slow to be the babies pulse. So I pulled out my doppler and I could hear his heartbeat and then every few seconds I could hear another little noise that was his hiccups. It was so funny when I first realized that was what it was! Thats kinda how I knew his head was down too cause I always felt the twitch below my belly button and lower close to my pelvic bone.
