headache from hell..

Morning! Its my sons birthday today and yesterday i started feeling lousy! Its a bit busy with rellies etc but his main party is today. I noticed my ankles have swollen up ( a bit-its noticeable but they arent tree trunk like yet) last night and so put my feet up about 7pm and rested the evening. By about 8.30 I started to get a niggling headache but it was right in the back of my head almost down to my neck. Anyway come about half ten it was horrible so i went to bed, woke up to pee as usual about midnight and headache was still there, then got up again at half two and it was so bad i woke hubby to get me some paracetamol. That seeemd to shift it. Got up this morning and did a pee test and bp test and it showed protein and my bp was high. Waited an hour and re did both and no protein and bp was lower. I really need to do the party so thought id wait and re test later then call mw if any change, is that sane d'ya think? Defo will go and see them tomoro anyway i reckon.

How are you now Hondagirl? I know, you know but you shouldn't ignore any of those signs, please call the MW if you haven't already, I suffer with higher BP and they are always over emphasisng the importance of seeking immediate medical attention with a really bad head, swelling, etc. I am just telling you this out of concern not to worry you more. It's rough when you have plans and relatives around etc but you should be seen honey, if you haven't spoken to the MW please phone tomorrow.
