What about you?
My mums a MW too, its lovely having her to talk to about it all! I'm also hoping to just go for Tens + gas and air but not going to rule anything out, just see how i get along.
Ooh, lovely! Somebody else with a MW mum. Do you get her to do much? Mine's had a feel for position a few times and checks my BP in between appointments if I ask. She also said she'd get me a side room, but not sure I really want one... I like the idea of a private bathroom but not sure I want to be isolated.

As for moving, I'm mad I know but I don't like my current house any more and all of a sudden it doesn't feel like a suitable family home (maybe this is my version of nesting ) so we're leaving and going to give the new place a few licks of paint. Hopefully I'll still feel as healthy and energetic as now, I have my days but am mostly still good!

Hi hun, I'm due on 21st Dec with a boy .

I'm feeling generally good apart from constant lower backache . I'm high risk for premature labour due to IUGR & APH but I think IUGR was ruled out today as he's back on 50th centile.

How are you all getting on ?

Yeah she does the same, feels for position and has a listen in with the doppler, im having my LO at the hospital she works for which is nice as i know there good there! Really reassuring more than anything.

Yep your mad moving at this stage, we moved a few weeks back and that was stressful enough Be nice to be all sorted in a place you feel is suitable, i had the same feeling about our old house and feel were we are now is perfect!

Looks like you've done really well to get so far, Ashley!

Chickie - Mine turns all the time! I could feel her back earlier and now I can feel legs! Can't be fully engaged... although, they can turn at the last minute.

I'm jealous! Mine keeps forgetting to borrow a doppler! Going to my mum's hospital too and she's been telling them all about me apparently. Eep! It's nice to know people will be friendly and a part of me feels a bit reassured because they're going to be extra careful with their friend's daughter so I'm less likely to be treated like some of these poor women you read about in the birth announcements section.

That said, the way she talks about some of them... they sound strict and bossy! Haha, I'll prob get one of them, courtesy of mum, for her own amusement!
