Quick Question About Internals - do you get any warning?
Only time I had an internal was when they were checking to see if good time to start induction, as first baby was overdue. Would not worry too much, never had one as routine with other babies. Think may be different outside Uk

this is what i keep thinking lol i'd like them to say next week we will give you an internal, but a few people from the uk have said that they never had any routine internals so i dont know whether we actually have them or not. i have my 34 week appointment 2moz, but i doubt they will start this early?? would like to kno when everyone else had theres tho.
Well they're not likely to do it if you're going for a routine appointment but if you have a problem where they might want to do one or near the end of pregnancy I'd be prepared anyway because they don't tend to tell you before hand.
You CAN refuse internals if there's no good reason to have one. Or you can say you'll put it off while you research the reason why you need one, if that would make you more comfortable.
We have more rights than you think! Their word ISN'T the be all and end all.
