An idea....how to get rid of junk food and sweets cravings


I am starting to get worried about my weight gain and I might just explode if I reach the 50 lb mark, so I am asking if anyone would be up for a healthy food challenge for the remaining last 6 weeks.
I just had a brownie that I honestly did not need, but I wanted it and now I feel crappy about it.

I am not sure how this can be realized but I really cannot gain any more weight. The baby has plenty of supplies in my ass for the next 18 years.

Anyone with me on this?

I cannot give up my sweeeets!! ?!?!
I have ate a whole large bag of peanut butter M&Ms in 1.5 days!!
My OH always tells me "you dont need it" when I ask for something sweet, so he keeps me away from alot of stuff when he is here.

But I never changed my diet when I was pregger.
I still ate everything I did before I got preggo.
The only thing I worry about is that LO will be a picky eater
I'm a picky eater, but I would prefer my LO not to be, as I hate it myself.
OH says the only thing he will like is sweets..

Oh... um... I don't have the willpower. Ummm. Yeah. I like popsicles and Gatorade too much.

And gatorade has nearly 50 grams of sugar.

Yeahhh...

I am in the same boat, keep having sugar in my urine and i did have gestational diabeties with my last but i just cant stop the sweets/choc. i can easily polish off a whole tray of milk tray in a day
im so awful.

But yesterday i vowed that from TODAY stops. I am going to try my hardest not to eat ANY sweet things. There will be a lot of tears lol but im going to do it! Maybe just once a week tho lol! But im determined

I will totally try with you lady, but I'm not sure I can stay away from the sweets. I dont want to gain anymore wait either... But its also like this is the one time I can eat whatever I want, and have an excuse! Cause as soon as she is here, I'm on a permanent diet! But I'll try with you. I dont eat lots of junk food, like fast food and stuff, but I have a weakness for sweets lately. Mainly ice cream!!! But mostly I have like Special K when I'm craving something sweet, I think I'm becoming somewhat addicted to it.


Whats your game plan?

Count me in Aqua. I started off really well yesterday, toast for breakie and salad for lunch but then I ate two bag of jellybeans!

It's hubby's birthday today so it won't be fair on him if start being all healthy like right now (but I will try my best).

How do you want to do this?
A daily thread with what you've eaten? Weekly weigh-ins?

Oh yeah - I really must increase my water consumption! Having too much decaf coffee & tea!
