An idea....how to get rid of junk food and sweets cravings
Today so far ive had 2 slices of toast with nutella on
4 cookies with a cup of tea
1 packet of crisp
1 yoghurt flapjack
wholewheat pasta and green pestol
pinapple slices and a strawberry moose youghurt
Im at work so find i eat more when im here
I dont think I could give up chocolate but I will write my daily intake of food
Aqua I just finally read this post and I wish I had the willpower you do! All I have wanted to eat while being prego is sweets, chocolate, ice cream, etc. Im already at 35lbs! I need to stop eating all that crap... Even last night my husband went grocery shopping and I really wanted a Cadberry Cream Egg and he said they didnt have them, I almost started crying I wanted one so bad!!
Now that I am sitting on my butt at home this week I am trying to fix healthy-ish meals for each meal, but we will see how long that lasts...

Do you know how much I have gained so far? 44 lbs.
Breakfast: 2 peanut butter toasts with some strawberries.
Lunch: pasta with salmon and veggies + 1 apple & 1 orange for dessert
Dinner: veggee curry OH will make
I also had a spoon of Nutella... Couldn't resist, I needed chocolate
I try to fight the temptation of jumping into the jar of Nutella every morning!
Yesterday :
breakfast : porridge with slice of peanut butter toast
lunch: muesli (wasn't very hungry) with 1 apple and 1 grapefruit
dinner: tostitos with salsa... (couldn't resist)
Today:
Breakfast: muesli with yogurt
lunch: Not hungry at all yet.
dinner: should be some spaghetti bolognese
