An idea....how to get rid of junk food and sweets cravings
I just ate some chocolate cheese cake yuuummm.... but after stepping at the scale at my doctors I've gained 30 pounds!!! I think thats more then enough for me as I have been having horrible back pain from all this extra weight. I'll try my best to eat good from now on....
for lunch today I'm going to have a turkey sandwich on wheat and for dinner I'm going to make eggs and toast.

However, yesterday at the mall hubby bought me a small milk chocolate strawberry truffle which was THE BEST piece of candy I have ever tasted.
It was so tiny though, I don't feel bad at all.
Oh and, I found fat free jello pudding (choco vanilla) that doesn't have gelatine!! WOO!
Good luck to you ladies on eating healthier, Hopefully sometime soon I will get back on the band wagon of eating healthy again. Sounds like you are off to a great start as I sit here and eat lemon heads candy. Keep up the posting, it's great getting food ideas from everyone.
