I'm Currently Feeling: 



Breakfast was healthy - rice based muesli with dried fruit, coconut, sunflower seed and linseed.

Lunch... not so great - 2 sandwiches. 1 was cheese, rocket & mayo the other was fried mock chicken pieces, olives and mayo!

DH wants take-away for tonight, I probably make something for myself 'cos I don't trust take-aways!

well i had coco pops for breakfast

CHicken nugget and some pizza for lunch ( was at my mums for a visit so i didnt choose to eat that ) my excuse

Then i bought some sweets.... and my daughter didnt eat hers so found myself eating them too.... opps

Breakfast: Bowl of Special K with nonfat milk, and bottle of water.



Now I just have to try to stay away from the pizza DH ordered last night! Its in the fridge staring at me LOL.

I just ate a Krispy Kreme while reading this thread. They were "hot now" yesterday when I drove past.

MMMM lunch: pannini with sourdough bread, balsamic onion jam, parma ham, zuccini and havarti cheese. OH MY GOODNESS. It was good.
Some carrots, tomato soup. Then some strawberried and blueberries and a bit of dark chocolate.

For dinner I am doing a lamb stuff zuccini.

HAhaha this reminds me of that prepackaged frozen diet dinners... lean cuisine commercial...

Ladies are sitting around talking diet like we are and the conversation's going something like this:

Lady #1: I had 18 kernels of popcorn last night for dinner.

Lady #2: I had a tic tac for dinner last night.

Lady #3: I had roasted red pepers on a flatbread pizza with italian sausage and rich tomato sauce (the frozen dinner).

The other ladies just look at her, and she tells them it was Lean Cuisine, they nod and smile.

Sounds delicious Sam!

I had cottage cheese and whole grain ceral with milk for lunch and now I'm eating popcorn for a snack.
