I'm Currently Feeling: | Yeah, it is sooo much shorter, but it's hair, so it will grow back.
I eat a lot of vegetarian meat substitutes. Here in Canada we really have a variety of fake meats (hotdogs, chicken cutlets, chicken and beef strips, all kinds of deli slices, veggie burgers...anything you can imagine).
My doctor really encouraged this diet for pregnancy (I've been a veggie for 8 yrs now) and whenever she checked my iron it was really high. | | | | Status: Offline

Have been a veggie for 12 years now and never normally have a problem with protein. I know what i should be eating i'm just finding hard to eat it.
