Hi Ladies, congrats on your bfp's, just got myself a cbfm and was wondering how many of you had been successful using one and how much it helped?

I've heard women had some good success with it.

I did not have one. We just use standard Creighton Model (cervical mucous observations).

That's what we'll use to not get pregnant too.
