Constant BH, Bump dropped, period pains - advice needed girls!

Hi girls,

Just wanted some advice really! My bump has dropped in the last couple of days and my indigestion has cleared up completely really, people keep saying 'ooh you won't go to 40 weeks with that bump so low.'
Anyway, I've been having BHs since 20 weeks but normally only a few a day. This evening I have been having BH every ten minutes really alongside some menstrual type cramping in my legs and stomach but very mild! Does anyone think I should call the midwife?
I'm not worried really as I know the BHs increase towards the last few weeks but hubby is worried and wants me to call the midwife but it would be the labour ward now and I don't wanna waste anyone's time as all these things are very mild!
Any advice would be appreciated please? x x

Forgot to say these BHs are not painful, should I only worry if they are painful? Sorry to be really naive, it's first time baby panics!

if they are regular i would ring just to be on the safe side and get some advice. remember that they are used to it and they are there to help you.

If you arent feeling any pain, and bubs is moving around normally, then have a bath, rest and see how you feel in the morning. But if you really are concerned, of course phone the lw. But it doesnt sound like anything untoward is going on xx

Thanks for your replies, I rang the midwife, she advised that they were just BHs and not too worry unless they hurt or I get any other signs. Really I was just concerned about the amount I was having as they started becoming every 2 to 4 minutes but i think it's fine! x x

It all sounds normal.
If only get bit concerned if they were coming irregular to regular, lasting longer, coming at a shorter period and hurt, so much you couldnt talk.
