I don't have a problem with my belly but my hips on the outside are terrible. I can't keep still at night and haven't had a decent nights sleep in ages. It hurts so much even when I've turned over. I haven't found pillows any help either. Soooo annoying.

I have a horrible time sleeping at the moment - I feel like that princess who could feel a pea through a huge mountain of mattresses! The slightes wrinkle in the bed sheets gives me a back ache, and my hair gets all sweaty on my neck and I get all itchy, and then my shoulders and my hips ache on whichever side I'm laying on - I find myself tossing and turning all night long and can rarely get more than 2 hours sleep in one go

Last night I didn't get sleep at all because I was so achy... which made me a total grump at work.

I am exactly the same! My MW started sending me to a reflexologist to help with the hip pain (I only get the pain in bed) but since my session on Friday my lower back has been killing me too - I have had no trouble with my back until now so wondering if it is a coincidence or not (the reflexologist is also a trained midwife!)
