Try not to worry to much hon,at least you have your appt today. You can tell your concerns to the MW and she will able to tell if anything is wrong, she will listen to HB etc. Try not to panic though, as its not good for you or bubs. Im sure all is fine, its not as if you're not feeling any movements at all. Good luck, let us know how you get on.

i know its so hard not to worry coz you wana know right now if baby is ok. so i suggest eating a bar of chocolate and drinking an ice cold fizzy drink. This should get baby moving quite vigarously.

Good luck at your appointment hun

what time is your appt hun - if you're really concerned call your midwife and she'll get u in straight away!! My doppler means everything to me when she goes a bit quiet and i find her heartbeat i know she's just being lazy or quiet and kind of eases me a bit but defo ring her and go in a bit earlier if choccie, ice cold water or a warm bath doesn't get her kicking! xx

I am 27+4 and have noticed a change in movement the last few days they have fits and starts now rather than constant wiggles. I ran out of decaf coffee so had a 'leaded' on this morning and OMG they are partying down there and having arguments about who will be born first already!!!

I dont know if this is when they start running out of room or not but HTH xxxxxxxx

Try not to worry, I had many days like this when LO was having a quiet day so it's probably just that, like the others have said just mention it your midwife, and remmeber it's only 10 movements a day!!

Mine definitely has quiet days and more active days... your could just be going through a quiet couple of days (that happen to coincide with the vaccine...)

Definitely raise it at your appointment today. If you are REALLY worried, then call your MW/GP before (quite understandable with your past history ).

You could try what others have suggested: putting something cold on your belly or eating or drinking something surgary (a cold glass of fruit juice tends to get my baby moving ).

Hope all is well

QT
