Question

Shaving...?? (TMI) Sorry!!

Ok so this is very personal and sorry for the too much information .... BUT.. I was wondering... it has become really hard for me to shave.. you know.. "down there" now and I was wondering what you ladies do about that.. I can only imagine when I'm about 35+ weeks!! ... I have a body mirror which I'll probably have to sit in front of and use it that way.. cause my DH will NOT do it for me!! He doesn't want to hurt me! Awww how cute! hahaa... Sorry TMI !! But I would imagine I'm not the only one thinking this.. right?

I have been struggling with this for the last 2 months.
Luckily, my husband likes to help in that department, but I just HATE being helped with that.
Just do as much as you can just by touch, and the rest ...use a mirror.

I only shave once a week now, I can't be bothered to do it more often.

Is there any problems with waxing while pregnant?

Mmm I would imagine we can wax... but OCHIES! ... I think I will shave once a week too.. I want to make sure when giving birth that everything is all nice and neat and clean.. and obviously want to shower/ or bathe before labor but we'll see when that day comes!

Oy...I've had the same problem. I do it mostly by touch...then I use the bathroom mirror. Definately a funny sight to see though! I didn't do so bad either!!!

I've heard horror stories about that during pregnancy, because of all the increased blood flow to the area. Some girls have had it done and have bled like a stuck pig from it and its suppose to be very very painful.

I just get my hubby to trim it for me now. I've given up on shaving a long time ago . Not like the doctors/nurses give a crap anyways during labor and neither will you .

I used to wax, its not that bad after the first couple of times.

Ive never tried shaving before. Does it not go all stubbly and itchy when it grows back?

xxx

Two words: electric shaver. Less chance of nicks. Granted it doesn't get as close, but it works well enough.
