Don't answer the phone..Also, when you decide that you are simply going to be pregnant forever, and really mean it, that's when labor will start! Works everytime!

Ah bless you

And we were all so scared she was going to be too early - you've been on the trigger for more than just a week.

We only had the phone hassle in the last week to ten days - but it does seem like family are taking heed now.

My DH had an argument with his dad last night about calling - I had 6 phone calls before lunchtime seeing how I was, the first at 7.30 - hello!!!!!!!!!! I was trying to get some shut eye!!!! I don't know how you're coping, I'm only 2 days over and I feel like I'm never going to go into labour!!!

I would not answer the phone and once it goes to voicemail say something like, "This does not mean that I am in labor, I am just away from the phone right now!"

That might not work if they don't listen though!

Very tempting lol. Its when you dont answer your home phone and they then call your mobile.
My midwife even called the other day and left a message on my phone saying she hopes i am in labour as she cant get hold of me (i did think this was really sweet rather than annoying though :-)

Labour dust to all who want it :-)

Do you have an induction date, feels better to have a deadline to tell people.

Oushka - it can't be too much longer for you now

Not sure what to suggest about phonecalls though - nobody except DH ever phones me so not a problem I have

Indeed Seraphim - its been, like 8 weeks of waiting!

Blondie - Ill start calling you daily when youre close... I dont want you to feel left out

Have had a lovely evening - hubbie & I went to the Metro Centre & had a meal out. Spent money on things we dont need and generally passed the evening instead of sitting at home clock watching.

Im very uncomfortable now were home tho so heres to hoping!
