After 4 scans at our hospital & getting everything in PINK! They had been expecting a girl

Blondie - if you read this you have been wise staying on Team Yellow! Hubbie & I had to have the 'what boys names do we like' conversation last night... Scary thing is we had 4 scans there too & as friends colleague was due the same day as us we prolly had the same technicians!

At least all of these LIME GREEN knitted things will still have a use
Then we were at the in-laws last night & MiL *had* to finally make the comment that as Im carrying bump all out front that it MUST be a boy I might change my ticker to a rainbow one

Keep thinking thay will happen to me, am expecting a girl but honestly wouldnt care if out popped a boy have bought plenty of pink stuff but none of the big stuff so it wouldnt be a problem. Although I might have a fight on my hands getting OH to let me use the pink sleep suits. Would get to go out clothes shopping again though wooo hoo.

Keep your eyes peeled ladies there could be a new born baby girl bundle on here going cheap very soon

I've got a lot of pink things but already had that thought about what if they are wrong so got a couple of blue cardigans so could cover up any pink - as it's winter be wrapped up so it will be fine and I'm sure there would be no deep psychological scarring from that = I hope!!!!!!!

Urgh- i've been worrying about this over the past couple of weeks! I kept all the receipts for everything pink we have bought just in case! Don't fancy having to paint the nursery again though!

I used to worry about this! I was told at my 20 week scan that it is a girl, but couldn't quite let myself feel 100% certain. I've had two more scans since, at 32 weeks and 36 weeks, and both times I have asked them to confirm the sex. During these scans, she pointed out to me the ovaries (of the baby) and the labia, so I feel pretty confident now.

Did your friend have late scans? I would have thought they could be pretty sure by then...

Maybe I should start buying some white stuff.. just in case..!! x

I am terrified that i have a boy after buying soooooo much pink! My oh's cousin had her baby on Saturday night and had been told that the technician 'thought' it was a boy but not 100% so they were sensible and bought everything neutral. She had a little girl!!! Just goes to show these things go wrong more often than we think. x
