Had to go to hospital earlier this evening and only in the door half an hour ago. Was getting sharp pains in my tummy, servere pain in my lower back and was having abit of leakage. They said that it sounded like pre-term labour, and told me to come up rite away. After tracking babies heartbeat for half an hour, doing a scan, then an internal examination, they told me that they have no explanation for why I am getting the pains in the tummy.
They assessed the bone situation (my SPD) and said that due to the size of the baby (its a big `un) and the serverity of the SPD if problems persist, then il be started early
They took a few samples etc and are going to ring me tomorrow with information. I am now attending a midwife at the hospital, rather than at my GP surgery, I have to wait til my next appointment which is 27 nov, Il be about 30 weeks by then, then they will assess me again, and give me more information on what the process is going to be.
Anyone gone thru anything similar? Im abit worried if I do need to be started early.
