Just want to rant.. my babybond experience

I hated it, I ended up leaving in tears

I got there on time and was made to wait half an hour just because someone else turned up early, but when i was seen to the man who scanned me showed me the baby was well and im really thankful and happy he is but i was so disappointed. I went for a growth scan which I was advised off the website because thats what stage i was at,

I was a bit iffy because id nearly be 35 weeks at the time of the scan and thought i should be in the presentation scan catagory. I rang and she told me the same scan i should go for, I thought well im sure they know whats best considering i had given them my EDD.

I wanted to see the baby in 4D and on the site it says you get a FREEVIEW 4d, for about 10 mins to see him at the end of the growth scan. I asked for this and the man said no you cant because you cant have them done after 32 weeks and he has his hands over his face it wont work??

But on the site aswell it tells you that at 35 weeks your scan is called a 'presentation scan' and the same FREEVIEW 4d sample is available?? so why couldnt he do it when they claim they can

That upset me because i felt like he didnt even try please me and i am the paying customer? Yes i booked a growth scan and it was only £100 compaired to the 4d scans at approx £200. I noticed the other women who was having 4D specific scans was all happy it just makes me think they didnt care about me.

To top it all off he gave me some scan pictures, that are absolutly awful. They are all blurred your cant make anything out on them and its really upset me because me being a hormonal pregnant women, iv been thinking the worst like what if something was up with him or he had a deformity on his face thats why he never wanted to show him to me? I know im probably over reacting but its just how it made me feel.

Sorry its long i just wanted to share with you!

And I spoke to the women after my scan and she said to ring the bridgenorth office and complain, but i dont even know if i should because i dont want to hear them fobb me off with a lame excuse like there is nothing they can do now because its already been done

If you complain I'm sure they'll invite you back hun.

I'm not surprised the scan piccies are blurred this late on though, they are so big now there all squashed up and its alot harder to get good shots.

He should have at least TRIED to show in 4d.

Deffo complain
xx

I tried to book wwith a different company and would have been 35 weeks at the time they said I could not get scanned because I would be too far on and the pictures worul be too unclear. I assumed this would have been the same for all companies

ring up and complain hun, youve paid all that money to see your baby and make sure all is well and u didnt get what u paid for.
make it clear ur completely unhappy and if ur still not happy threaten to take it furthur.

ive heard some pretty horrible things about babybond, which is horrible itself as there job should b about reassuring parents and providing a nice experience.

call em up hun, you have nothing to lose, and they should ask u back

xxx
