What does a show/plug look like? WARNING TMI

I've just had a bath and hen I went to sit down I felt a little slimey and when I sat in the bath, this glob of discharge came up to the surface. I treid to catch hold of it but some floated away and I was left with a 3cm by 1.5cm lump of creamy (slightly jelly like in texture) discharge. There was no blood in it. I don't feel itchy or like I have thrush or anything.

Does a plug look different to this?

mine was pink - it looked wierd and a bit like what you describe, but pink.

I think from memory of my birthing class they dont actually have to be pink but usually are?

although also, it will grow back if its come out to early so doesnt mean you're going into early labour necesarily

I was told they are greyish with pink streaks but yours sounds just like a bit of discharge or something.keep checking.
