How does she know when it's daddy?

My LO seems to know when I'm speaking to him on the phone. She wriggles about so much as if to say "stop talking about me!" Maybe my body is different when I speak to him? Ahh, it's pretty cute anyway ! Now if I could just get him to stop acting like a complete child, we might get somewhere!!

Aww thats adorable I'm sure he'll come around when the baby gets here, most men completely change when they hold their baby for the first time.

My LO is the opposite lol, as soon as my hubby puts a hand on my stomach the baby stops moving completely, its funny.

Maybe it's because your heart races Or that his voice travels that far (no idea about biology lol)
LO knows when daddy is around and kicks extra hard when his hand is on there lol

I reckon your heart rate changes when you hear his voice - it's cute, though isn't it? My LO really reacts to Daddy - I'll wake up in the night to find DH with his hands on my belly, talking to baby - who in turn is kicking me harder than s/he ever does in the day! Baby also does this really cute thing where, when me or DH put our hands on my tummy and leave them there, s/he wriggles over and sticks (what I think is) her butt right out against where our hands are, and she wiggles about a bit and rubs right up against us as if she's come over for a snuggle >.< It's sooooo cute - made me really teary when I first noticed her doing it!

My LO is the same. She's always trying to make me out to be a liar lol I'll tell my OH that she's kicking like mad and as soon as he tries to feel she goes all quiet.

LOL my LO kicks extra hard when daddy is around. And kicks a lot more! I have read that they know our voices by now, so I assume she just hears him talk and kicks him like crazy. Its cute tho, he likes it.

My LO is the same as Jenny and Bexy. He stops moving as soon as OH touches my belly. He has only felt him a handfull of times. I think the only times he doesn't stop is when he has the hiccups, and I think it's inevitable that OH will feel it then.

I'm the same... the only constant time my OH feels baby is when he has the hiccups (which is now occurring daily it seems) though if we are up really late baby likes to play with him!
