Sorry for the twenty word title!

I went to the doctor today and he said I hadn't really changed much since my appointment last week. He said I was about 1/2 a centimeter.
Then he told me that nexts appointment would be the same routine one that it's been for the last few weeks and that if I went another week further (aka.. if I went past my due date) we would do an ultrasound that next week. Then he left so I could get dressed.
Well, two minutes later the female doctor came back in and asked if I was the one that said I was a big baby, etc? and I said yes, she said I thought it was you and

.
.
they knocked my U/S to next week!!

So now I have went from wanting him to come everyday to wanting him to wait until after the U/S!!

I know if he came I would get to actually see him, but I just love having the ultrasounds. I get all teary every time I have one done!!
The only sucky thing is that OH is out of state working so he wont be able to be there!

So now I have something to look forward too! Just have to make it to next monday!!

Aww thats great! Glad to hear that you've cheered up a bit. Seeing your little man on the screen will lift your spirits I'm thinking

Ultrasounds are fantastic!

Aww yay! U/S's are great! When we are close to term and they do one, do they require a full bladder anymore? I wouldn't imagine they do, considering most of the day I can see exactly where baby is lying on my own. Since I switched doctors late, I was kinda hoping they might do one more u/s at the new office. Glad you got something to look forward to now! =)

They didn't say anything to me about a full bladder. But at this point, by the time I drive up there (even though I just peed before leaving) I can fill their whole pee cup up!
I was planning on cleaning this week. Cleaning... the whole house.
But I think I am going to try and take it easy instead. I want to make it to my ultrasound that way I have more U/S pictures for my scrapbooK!

i went last week for an ultra sound........ wow..... amazing........ at 38 weeks you can only see bits of the baby at a time due to its size....... she showed me its face and saw its mouth opening awwwwwwwww......cant wait now.... hope you enjoy it... i did......xxxx Im due the 9 th March too.....

I was wondering that! ... if you would only be able to see little parts of the baby. I want to check too and make sure he still has little boy parts, and didn't throw a sex change on us! I want to see his little hands and fingers, and his little feet and toes. I hope he is doing something cute.. like yawning or sucking his thumb and lets us get a picture! Ohhhhhh.. I just cannot wait!
