ARGH !! i got my sweep at 11am tomorrow morning!

Gonna tell consultant about the bleed & some of the show i had & see what she says, I hope after she fiddles around she'll give me some sort of an idea if the sweep may work or whether or not my cervix is nowhere near ready.

Getting a tad nervous now lol

I think I can officially join this thread now - I was due today but as we only have 1.5 hours til the 9th I am going to go overdue or have the shortest labour in history!

I have a MW appt at 10am tomorrow and I am hoping she will give me a sweep.

Good luck Diz, i'll probably text you in the morning, but will be sending labour type vibes your way (i would rather you waited until friday with me, but i know it would mean more to you the sooner the better this little boy comes out!) So am routing for you :-)

Hi got my midwife coming to mine sometime before 12 tomo to do a sweep. pooping myself. fingers crossd for both of us :-)

Oooh defo hun !! I've never had one but everyone keeps telling me they hurt & the internal i had other week was hell so i'm dreading mine

wow seems like alot of us r having sweeps tomorrow. I am having my second sweep tomorrow at 11 am hopefully it will move things soon. the first sweep she did hurt like hell and a couple days later i lost my mucus plug so hopefully I dilated a little more ( already 4 cm as of last tuesday) so maybe she will have me stay at the hospital but i doubt it lol.
good luck ladies i hope we have a group delivery tomorrow.

Ouchyyyyyyyyyyyyyyy, that hurt. And she couldnt even find my cervix, its in a strange place?? trust me to be weird lol. Lots of proding to try though. So booked again for wed, and induction now on saturday so no friday 13th :-).
